TENDER INVITATION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT IN FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM AT LPG PLANT KORANGI KARACHI
 
Quotations are invited from reputable and well experienced construction companies for the improvement in the fire fighting system at PSO LPG Plant situated at Korangi. Job includes but is not limited to the following:
 
  • Extension/replacement of existing Fire line network.
  • Supply and installation of insulation on vessels.
  • Installation of motor driven, jokey and engine driven pumps.
  • Supply and installation of foam monitors, fire water hydrants etc.
  • Construction of RCC under ground fire water reservoir of capacity 209,500 US Gallons.
  • Overall commissioning of the system.
Only highly experienced construction companies with sound financial strength and PEC registration in category C4 and above with specialization in relevant area with proven track record of having successfully executed similar projects with reputed national/multi-national firms in oil, gas & energy sector are required to participate for Competitive bidding.

Tender documents can be obtained on written request alongwith a pay order of Rs. 1,000/=(Non refundable) in favour of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited on any working day from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m from the following address.

  • Information given, if found to be incomplete/false at any stage, will result in immediate rejection.
  • Only those parties found suitable for undertaking the job will be considered for award of work.
  • PSO may ask for any further information & details, if required, at any time, and reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
Last date to collect tender document is 02 -10-06 & sealed bids along with 2 % earnest money in the shape of P.O/D.D should be dropped in Tender Box No # 2 on or before 11:00 a.m. dated: 05-10-06 in Internal Audit Department at 5th Floor,PSO House, Khayaban – e- Iqbal , Clifton Karachi or mailed to reach this address before aforementioned due date and time.

Tenders will be opened on 05-10-06 in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 11:00 a.m, ground floor, PSO House, Clifton Karachi.
