PSO has achieved yet another milestone by being the first energy group and a non-financial institution to provide a wide array of financial services.

We launched ATMs at its forecourt in December 2006 to provide ease, convenience, and value-added financial services.

However, our journey didn’t stop there; we are constantly moving forward for fulfilling customer needs through the following services:

  • Cash withdrawal
  • Fingerprint scanner for account access through ATMs (launching soon)
  • Mini Balance Statament
  • Transfer of funds to the recipient of similar and other Banks
  • Cash/Cheque Deposit Machines (launching soon)
  • Utility Bill Payments
  • Drive through ATMs (launching soon)

Currently, these facilities are available in 20+ cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar, as well as at major tourist spots; in collaboration with reputable banks like Standard Chartered Bank, Allied Bank Ltd, Habib Bank Ltd and United Bank Ltd (UBL).

The number of ATMs deployed at PSO retail outlets across Pakistan is 135, and PSO intends to increase the number of ATMs to 153 by FY23. Through this alliance, customers can enjoy a secure and hassle-free, 24-hour ATM service at major PSO outlets in the metro towns of the country.

The ATM facility is available to all members of the ‘Mnet’ and ‘1 LINK’ cardholders. This is yet another step towards providing nationwide a ‘24x7 one window’ facility.

Indeed, this has been the hallmark of PSO’s turnaround and dominance in this fiercely competitive era, featuring the leading global entities on the energy horizon.

PSO’s alliance with these banks aims to make one’s experience at PSO memorable by reinforcing the underlying philosophy that ‘PSO goes beyond fuel.’ It is one of PSO’s initiatives to deliver enhanced service by continuously redefining convenience for all customers.
