INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY OF MOTOR GASOLINE   

Bids are invited from reputed international suppliers for supply of  Motor Gasoline unleaded and free from oxygenate contents i.e. ethanol, MTBE etc.) for the quantities and period mentioned below on C&F basis at Keamari, Karachi.

The procedure for submission of bids is as under.

         i.            The Bid documents  shall be issued during working days ( Monday-Friday) within working hours (3:00 to 5:00 pm) up to Monday;  02-07-2012.

Bid Documents consist of the following:

Bid Document No. 1           -----     Summary of Requirement.

Bid Document No. 2           -----     General Terms & Conditions for C&F Supplies.

        ii.            Bid documents  will be issued against a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000/ - for Mogas which will be in the form of a pay order in favour of Pakistan State Oil Company Limited payable at Karachi.

      iii.            Sealed bids  must be dropped in the Tender box kept at Ground Floor, PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton Karachi, Pakistan latest by 3:00 pm on Tuesday; 03-07-2012. The Bids will be opened at 3:30 pm in the Ground Floor Conference room, PSO-House, the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives only, whoever may like to be present.

      iv.            Bids should be submitted in separate envelops marked Bids for Supply of Mogas  during July-August 2012’   accompanied by a bid bond in the value of United States Dollars One Hundred Thousand (USD 100,000).

        v.            Bids should remain valid till Saturday; 07-07-2012 (2100 hours PST).

     vii.            Bids should conform to the requirements of the Bid documents. Conditional Bids will not be accepted. Pakistan State Oil Company Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any or all bids and without any liability whatsoever.
