As a Fleet Manager or Fleet Cardholder, you can register and have access to your card or pool vehicle’s transaction details. The following fuel reporting tools are available on the website:
- Detailed fleet-wise transaction records
- Fuel efficiency report
- Odometer reading (C-Track Assist vehicles
How do I register?
Step 1: Log on to www.psopk.com and click on PSO Cards then FMS hyperlink
Step 2: Download the Registration Form
- For Fleet Managers (Download)

- For Fleet Cardholders (Download)

Step 3: Completely fill the form and submit via
- Fax: 021-9206984 or 021-9203785 (Cards Helpdesk) or
- Courier: PSO House, 8th Floor, Cards Helpdesk, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton Karachi.
After verification a User ID and Password would be assigned and e-mailed to ensure security and full accessibility to the website.
Registration Fee
There is no registration fee as it is an introductory offer valid till August 2007.
c) Receipt of Charge (ROC)
Now on your Receipts of Charge you can get an Odometer reading. The ROC presented after a transaction has the following information:
- PSO Station Name
- Fueling Date & Time
- Fuel Type, Quantity in Litres and Amount in Rupees
- Odometer Reading taken at the time of transaction (automatic for C-Track Assist vehicles)
It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that correct odometer readings are recorded.
d) Billing Statement
The monthly billing statements will now contain a special column highlighting the Odometer Readings of the vehicle during the month. In order to get the odometer reading on the monthly Fleet Card Statements, at the time of each fuelling, instruct your drivers to tell the meter reading to the PSO attendant.

Ensure that your driver is aware and can read the odometer correctly.
Disclaimers
The readings on the bills and other access points reflect the reading provided by the drivers at the time of fueling.
These readings are taken only for Fleet Card transactions at PSO stations. If fuel is obtained from other stations or through any other mode of payment (other than Fleet Card), the average of the readings may be misleading.
The average depends on the odometer information provided at the time of transaction.
For all vehicles that are not equipped with C-Track Assist, the odometer readings would be entered manually by the pump attendant once communicated by the driver. |
