  What is the billing procedure and how do I pay my bills?
  At the end of the month, a computer-generated bill will be sent to the Authorized Signatory along with a self-addressed envelope. You are required to tear the upper portion of the bill and send it along with a cheque/demand draft for the requisite amount, in a self-addressed envelope and send it to

  How do I activate my Fleet, Corporate or Commercial Card?
  All activation related to fleet, Corporate and Commercial Cards will be done by the PSO Ta’aluq Careline or Orix . Activations will be done through a written request by the Pre-authorized person of the company; the written request should be on an original letter head and must have the signature of the authorized person along with the company stamp and car numbers(s) to be activated.
   
  How do I use PSO Fleet , Corporate or Commercial Card?
  At the petrol station, the customer is required to present the Fleet or Corporate Card to the pump attendant. The attendant will swipe the Card and the fuel amount is deducted from the balance of the Card. Please maintain the slip handed over to you by the pump attendant safely.

You will only be billed at actual, i.e. for the exact quantity utilized. The utilized balance shall be deducted from the Card monthly limit with each transaction.

At the start of a new month the Card will be reloaded with the entire assigned monthly limit to be utilized for the new month.
   
  How do I add a Fleet, Corporate or Commercial Card?
  At any point in time if the customer wishes to add or delete Cards or to increase or decrease monthly fuel limit on Card, for this purpose client can go to PSO website and print the desired form and fax it to 021-99206984 / 021-99203785 for onwards processing of the request.
   
  How can I inquire my balance?
  You can call the Ta’aluq Careline at 0800-0300 or ORIX Helpline at 111-657-657 24/7 to inquire about the balance on your card.
   
  What do I do if my Fleet, Corporate or Commercial Card is lost or damaged?
  In case a Card is lost or misplaced, the Cardholder is required to immediately call up the Ta’aluq Careline Toll-free number at 0800-03000 or ORIX Helpline at 111-657-657 and have the card in-activated after necessary verification, the inactive card will be kept in the in-activated status for a maximum of 3working days after that period the cards will be marked as lost.
   
  What do I do if I have lost my Privilege Loyalty Card / PIN Lost or damaged?
  For re-issuance of lost PIN/Card kindly send us a Pay Order of Rs. 200/- in the name of Pakistan State Oil at the following address:
