  What is the billing procedure and how do I pay my bills?
  At the end of the month, a computer-generated bill will be sent to the Authorized Signatory along with a self-addressed envelope. Please tear the tab from the bill and send it along with a cheque/demand draft fro the requisite amount, in a self-addressed envelope and send it to ABN AMRO Bank (Corporate Planning Center), 16 Abdullah Haroon Road, Karachi or transfer directly to Fleet-Corporate Account No. 150442-46 in ABN AMRO Bank.
   
  How do I activate my Fleet and Corporate Card?
  To activate the Fleet Card, kindly fax a letter containing the following details to ORIX e-business Division at (9221) 5656267:

Fleet Card Number
Vehicle Number
Authorized Signature

In order to activate the Corporate Card the Cardholder will have to call up the Helpline at 111-657-657 or PSO Customer Services Toll-free number 0800-0300 and on providing the required information, the Card will be activated.
   
  How do I use PSO Fleet & Corporate Card?
  At the petrol station, the customer is required to present the Fleet or Corporate card to the pump attendant. The attendant will swipe the Card and the fuel amount is deducted from the balance of the Card. Please maintain the slip handed over to you by the pump attendant safely.

You will only be billed at actual, i.e. for the exact quantity utilized. The utilized balance shall be deducted from the Card monthly limit with each transaction.

At the start of the month the Card will be reloaded with the entire limit to be utilized during that month.
   
  How do I add a Fleet or Corporate Card?
  At any point in time if the customer wishes to add or delete Cards or to enhance or decrease limit on Card, kindly call the PSO Customer Service Toll-free number at 0800-03000. You will shortly receive a Requisite Form by fax from Customer Services, which on reaching PSO Cards Division shall be acted upon.
   
  How can I inquire my balance?
  To enquire about the balance of a Card, kindly call the Customer Services Toll-free number 080-0300 or the ORIX Helpline at 111-657-657.
   
  What do I do if my Fleet Card or Corporate Card is lost or damaged?
  In case a Card is lot or misplaced, the Cardholder is required to immediately call up the Customer Services Toll-free number at 0800-03000 or ORIX Helpline at 111-657-657 and state the Card Number, The Card will be inactivated for 48 hours. In case the Card is located, immediately call up Customer Services or Helpline again and get the Card activated.

If the Card is to be blocked, the Customer must give the same in writing in order to get the Card blocked.
