PSO launched ATMs at its forecourt in December 2006 with the aim of providing ease, convenience and value-added services to its customers. Currently, this facility is available at nineteen locations, namely at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad and Sukkur; in collaboration with reputable banks like Standard Chartered Bank and Summit Bank (formerly Arif Habib Bank). Through this alliance, customers can enjoy a secure and hassle-free, 24-hour ATM-service at major PSO outlets in the three metropolitan cities. The ATM facility is available to all cardholders of ‘Mnet’ and ‘1 LINK’ members. This is basically, yet another step towards providing a ‘24x7 one window’ facility nation-wide. Indeed, this has been the hallmark of PSO’s recent turnaround and dominance in this fiercely competitive era, featuring the leading global entities on the energy-horizon. PSO’s alliance with these banks is aimed at making one’s experience at PSO, a most memorable one by reinforcing the underlying philosophy that ‘PSO clearly goes beyond fuel’. It is one of PSO’s initiatives that is aimed at continuously delivering enhanced service by redefining convenience for all customers. |
