Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) is a reliable and competitive supplier of HSD in the Arabian Gulf and its relationship with PSO, spanning three decades, has created great synergies with assured supplies to achieve PSO’s marketing objectives.

     The mutually-beneficial association was further strengthened with the signing of a fresh three-year term contract during meetings held in Dubai on September 10-14, 2005. The current contract expires on December 31, 2005.

     KPC exports approx. 12 million metric tons of HSD to different parts of the world annually. PSO uplifts approximately 2.7-3.0 million metric tons or 25% of KPC’s production.

     PSO and KPC have agreed to the extension of the HSD supply from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008.
