Logistics Department on October 3, 2005 announced the nomination of Tracking World at a meeting arranged by the satellite tracking company for their initial introduction to cartage contractors at Lahore and Multan.
The induction of another tracking company is in line with the decision taken by the management to implement the suggestion given by cartage contractors during group discussions at the 10th Cartage Contractors Conference held at Islamabad on September 19, 2005.

     This move will not only bring in advanced technology and added features but will also develop the competitive environment for extending more support and services by the tracking companies for cartage contractors and owners of tank lorries and will help them resolve their fleet management issues.

     The nomination was given to the Tracking World after successful performance of the tracking system installed in two Machike-based tank lorries for two months on a trial basis.
