 Customer Interaction Program at Noor Service Station  
Retail Division Karachi celebrated Customer Interaction Program (CIP) at Noor Service Station at Shahra-e-Faisal on Friday, 12 March 2010. The objective of this program is to improve the forecourt services further by focusing on our Customers. A secondary objective of the CIP is also to escalate Fuel and Lubricant sales of the Retail Outlet.

The event was marked by festivities such as music, distribution of candies and chocolates and balloons for children, Gifts for Children, face painting for children and discounts on purchase of PSO Lubricants.  At the end of the event the dealer of Noor Service Station Mr.Mumtaz and his son Shafqat had arranged a hi-tea. Business Manager Karachi Khawaja Amer along with retail team member and representatives of other departments also participated in the event. Dealers of various other Retail Outlet also participated in this event. The CIP also provided an informal platform for discussion of issues faced by the Retail Outlets.

The CIP is also a motivator for our forecourt staff in improving their Customer Services Standard and at the same time adding to the bottom line profits of the company. Retail CIP has also been highly beneficial in communicating a dynamic and customer friendly image of Pakistan State Oil.
