LIVING LEADERSHIP
Pakistan State Oil organized a three day leadership training course termed as “Living Leadership” at the Arabian Sea Country Club.The main purpose of the session was to bring out leadership traits in some of the employees so that they can aspire to be successful leaders in the future and benefit the company. There were lectures on leadership by Sualeha Habib along with many motivating activities that helped the staff members in building a better relationship with each other.’’

FIRST AID SESSION
Session on First Aid was conducted by Dr. Rizwana Wasif. This session was of utmost importance keeping in mind the present safety concerns. PSO like always is concerned about their employees and people safety. This session was very useful in imparting the skills required to provide first aid at the time of emergency.

PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS
Session on Personal Effectiveness was conducted by Ms. Rahila Narejo on 20th December 2011 for PSO employees at Royal Rodale. The workshop focused on the fact that one should make the most of all personal resources which include one’s personal talents, energy and time relative to what is most important and utilize emotional intelligence to be effective in both personal and professional life.

BUSINESS REPORT WRITING
Good writing skills add to the credibility of the writer and reflects positively on a company's image. The Session was conducted by Trainer Mr. Baseer Sami and focused on teaching ways of effective writing to selected PSO employees in order to develop command on their writing skills.

STUDY VISITR – PAF OFFICER
Officers from PAF 105 ASD, Malir Base, Malir Cantonment made study visit to PSO House on 22nd February, 2012.
