MS Awareness, Documentation Training sessions were conducted for Industrial Relation (IR) department workforce of South region, to provide a basic understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 Standard, which can be obtained by beginning ISO 9001: 2008 QMS certification.

With the QMS in IR department, the department is focused towards the Quality Goals. Management is provided with data on a continual basis wich enables them to see progress or lack of it towards goals and take appropriate action. The organized, scheduled process of conducting Management Review of ISO certification ensures that timely evaluation takes place. It provides the mechanism of reviewing goals and performance against goals on a scheduled basis, and for taking action based on the evaluation.
