 A WAY FORWARD TO QUALITY MANAGEMENT  

Awareness sessions on Documentation & Auditors Training were conducted for Operations department workforce of South region on 26th and 27th September 2011 at Keamari Terminal C. This session was conducted to provide a basic understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 Standard, which can be obtained by beginning the journey to ISO 9001: 2008 QMS certification.

The course was designed to acquire the following objectives:
  • Form the basis for a common language of quality
  • Ensure a minimum level of quality
  • Facilitate development of seamless operations
  • Facilitate business and quality planning
  • Making employees more responsive to customer needs and requirements
  • Define operations and procedures for the quality System.
