HSE Team presented a technical paper on ‘Static Electricity in the light of NFPA 77 - Requirements, Implementation & Controls’ in 8th National Seminar on Occupational Health, Safety & Environment. The Seminar was held on October 21 & 22, 2011 at IEP Auditorium. In this paper control measures in the light of NFPA 77 (Standard for Recommended Practice on Static Electricity) were highlighted and Initiatives taken by PSO to minimize the hazards associated with Static Electricity were briefed.
