PSO organized a one-day workshop for senior managers and departmental teams focusing on innovation in products and markets. The aim of the workshop was to introduce different perspectives of innovation and new product development (NPD). The workshop equipped participants with a number of practical tools and techniques for NPD in existing and new markets. It also provided participants with an overview of approaches to innovate which will dispel preconceived misconceptions about NPD. By the end of the workshop, participants were able to use a number of problem solving tools and techniques and also managed to develop a structured process to evaluate NPD options. |
