Independence Day was celebrated with fervor at PSO. Various company locations were decorated with national flags and lights. Sweets were also distributed amongst the PSO family on the occasion. A print campaign was also carried out in leading newspapers of the country to represent our national spirit.

MD PSO, Jehangir Ali Shah conducted the flag hoisting ceremony at Keamari Terminal ‘C’ which was followed by the National Anthem. Senior Management was also present on this occasion to express solidarity and love for their homeland.

In his message on Independence Day Mr. Jehangir Ali Shah urged everyone to celebrate the Independence Day by paying tribute to our forefathers who made immense sacrifices for achieving this seemingly impossible task of a separate homeland.

His message further said ‘Pakistan State Oil is the largest national company and all those working in this organization have a responsibility towards this country.

Let’s all pledge to contribute more in terms of time and effort and be more dedicated, loyal and honest towards steering our organization to greater success and to serve the nation in a more responsible manner in years to come’.
