 A TOOL FOR IMPROVEMENT ISO 9001: 2008  

Every organization would like to improve the way it operates. A training session on awareness of ISO 9001:2008 was organized for Corporate Communications, Infrastructure Construction, Retail Facilities and Brand Management departments.

The course imparted information related to the purpose and intent of the ISO 9000:2008 family of standards; the requirements of ISO 9001:2008; the relationship between the clauses of ISO 9001:2008; and finally to understand the purpose and requirements of ISO 9001:2008 as a tool for business improvement.
