Twelve day marketing activity 'Availability Drive' was conducted for the first time in PSO’s history. The main objectives of this activity was to strengthen PSO’s lubes distribution network, improve lubes availability and market presence, build better relations with traders and to create an ownership and team spirit among the PSO lubricants team.
The kick off program was conducted at PSO's distribution house ‘ZM Traders’ in Karachi. The Program was presided over by the GM Retail & Lubricants Zulfiqar Ali Jaffri and Khawaja Amer Hamid, DGM Lubricant Sales and DGM Trade and Distribution Naseem Aftab also participated in the program. The entire sales force of Karachi was present at the activity.
GM Lubricants in his speech motivated the sales team to achieve the given targets and make PSO lubricants available at every shop.After the speech the sales team along with 4 DEO branded vans left for the market to boost the sales of the PSO lubricants.
Naseem Aftab along with other team members successfully initiated the program by converting first five non-buyers into buyers; the motivated sales team continued the momentum and spent the whole day in the market.
The activity produced great results and was carried out in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
