At PSO, we have a comprehensive training and organizational development program for not only our employees but also other business partners like fleets owner, cartage constructors, tank lorry drivers, dealers, suppliers and vendors. In-house training sessions, orientation tours, language workshop, seminars by outside experts, defensive driving courses, WOW training for forecourt attendants, fire and safety drills, etc., are continues occurrences at al our installations throughout the country.

As business partners, PSO is maintaining close coordination with cartage contractors through workshop, conferences, bulletins, circulars and meeting at head office, Sihala, Machike, JIMCO Terminl, Shershah and other depots. Efforts aimed at a cultural change in the relationship with the people who are responsible for carrying the POL products to the length and breadth of the country have yielded positive results.

PSO has also eared the prestige of conducting twice-yearly internship program for the students of professional colleges and universities. Our 500 hundred student from around 30 educational institution from all over Pakistan have so far benefited from this very rigorous research and study regime since its inception in summer 2001.
