PSO, being a flagship company, carries a strong and wide logistics network to cater 70% of total country’s demand of POL products timely and efficiently, from Karachi to the remotest areas of the country, through 29 storage points spread throughout the country. At present, most of the POL product movement is carried through self-owned and outsourced tank lorries and rest through tank wagons and pipelines.

With the commencement of new vision retail outlets, the demand for new vision and upgraded tank lorries was realized. Then, fleet management scheme was launched to meet the demand of New Vision Retail Outlets through up-graded tank lorries, complying with international standards, at Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore, Jehlum, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Peshawar. In order to ensure delivery of POL products in right quality and quantity to all New Vision Retail outlets, this scheme will be extended to all cities of the country.

Being the largest and socially responsible oil marketing company, it is imperative that we exercise full vigilance to ensure that all POL products are delivered to customers timely, and in right quantity and quality. Keeping in view this objective, PSO is following the policy of modernization of tank lorries fleet by introducing pilfer-proof tank lorries equipped with satellite tracking system. This is a step-forward in the direction of achieving customers’ satisfaction by introducing such tank lorries in general fleet, PSO is the pioneer to pursue the objective of winning the confidence of customers. This is the state of art of technology available in the world for preserving the quality of POL products being supplied to the customers.

With the inception of white oil pipeline (WOPP) from Karachi Mehmood Kot via Shikarpur & MFM Mehmood Kot / Faisalabad / Machikey Pipeline The pattern of supplies from Karachi have been drastically changed as the entire white oil movement from Karachi+ has been switched over from tank lorries to pipeline.

We are committed to achieve excellence in Safety, health and environmental protection and have worked at gross root level and trained around 7000 drivers for defensive driving throughout the country to enhance corporate image of PSO. The department is also ISO 9001: 2000 certified.
